If you are not satisfied with a OneWay Ministries product, call (630-626-4990) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product.
Please note that OneWay Ministries does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products::
Products provided via electronic media (e.g., CD, DVD, etc.) that may have already been installed or stored on your computer; if the products have been opened, they may not be returned. Electronic downloads
How to Return Returnable Products: :
If the item is returnable and unopened in the original package, OneWay Ministries will offer you a refund. You must return the product to OneWay Ministries within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All returned products must include the RMA. All returned products must be packed in the original packaging including any documentation that shipped with the product. When the product is received by OneWay Ministries as described, your refund will be processed and delivered to you via your original method of payment. NOTE: OneWay Ministries recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to OneWay Ministries or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
OneWay Ministries strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 2 - 3 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. Our primary carrier is United State Postal Service (USPS), however; we are willing to work with other carriers upon direct request.:

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".
