Use your gifts to reach the lost.
So many young people have hearts full of love for Christ, passion for the Great Commission, and unique dreams about how to use their specific gifts in the Kingdom. Too often, though, they have no practical idea where to start. Far too many passionate and skilled young people are sitting on the sidelines simply waiting to be activated, even though Jesus Himself said, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few."
That's why we're here. Our heart is for you: the wide-eyed & full-hearted, those longing to know and fall more deeply in love with Jesus and discover how He longs to use your whole life for His glory here and among the nations.
“The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it” (1 Thes. 5:24). We just want to be a part of it.

HOW IT WORKS
01. INTENSIVE DISCIPLESHIP
Powerful teaching times, individual mentorship, spiritual disciplines, corporate prayer & worship infused in the "DNA" of our organization, and the most critical component of our programs
02. VIBRANT COMMUNITY
Our young adult teams live together in community housing and regularly participate in team retreats, special events, community meals, and truly life-changing relationships with one another and our greater ministry family
03. MINISTRY EXPERIENCE
Each intern works full-time in their designated ministry track, growing in both professional and ministry skill sets while making a significant impact through meaningful, Kingdom-advancing work
FINANCES
PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIP
This is a paid summer internship designed to help you grow in your calling and ministry skills.
Interns receive $4,000 for the summer, and the following—valued at around $2,000—is fully covered:

As part of our ministry culture, you’ll also take part in a support-raising process, inviting friends and family to partner with you through prayer and giving. It’s a meaningful opportunity to experience how God provides and to build a team around your mission.
