Get to know the OneWay team! We'd like to introduce you to one of the people working behind the scenes at OneWay to help Reach People.
If you’ve been to an event at OneWay’s ministry center in the past year, you have experienced the personal skill and care of Rainie Curtiss. Rainie is OneWay’s event coordinator, planning, decorating and preparing food for everything from staff lunches to Christmas concerts.
Rainie first volunteered as a Member Care Specialist, helping connect and keep in touch with donors. In 2022, she took on the role of Facilities Manager to inspire our staff and partners to keep on reaching people by making us feel welcome in our new ministry home.
Before joining our team, Rainie was invited by a OneWay staff member to come to a staff retreat, where she fell in love with the cause and people of OneWay. “OneWay really uses your gifts that God has given you to do well in your roles,” she says. “It makes you feel like you are a valued member of the team.”
If she isn’t at home or at the OneWay ministry center, Rainie is probably in South Haven, Michigan, her favorite place to be.
