New video: The Jesus Film Riders spread good news!

OneWay is excited to share with you a new video filmed this fall that tells the story of The Jesus Film campaign, one of the strategic outreaches of OneWay Africa to spread the gospel in Ghana, West Africa.

Multiply those reached by the gospel

They must be willing to go anywhere, sleep anywhere and eat anything.

Five young men, armed with their motorbikes, a video projection kit and the Holy Spirit, spend their days riding across Ghana to spread the good news of Jesus. They ride through the bushland, often on rough terrain. Often they have to push their bikes through water, navigate paths without roads and brave the dangers of night.

They are known as The Jesus Film Riders.

They are all college educated, but have chosen to forego a typical career in the marketplace to introduce their fellow Africans to Jesus by showing them The Jesus Film.

Their work has brought in a great harvest. Since 2012, more than 225,000 unreached villagers have seen the life of Christ on screen. Amazingly, 28,226 of these have received Jesus as Savior.

Still, there’s much more work to do. Many more people throughout Africa have never heard the story of Jesus.

Would you consider helping to MULTIPLY the work of The Jesus Film Riders with OneWay Africa this Giving Tuesday by helping to keep them on the road? Fuel and living costs for each rider come to just $16/day.

Your impact will be multiplied on Giving Tuesday. Thanks to our generous partners, we are able to double all gifts made by midnight on Nov. 30 (up to $100,000).
